Things To Know Before Renting

Follow these guidlines and you’ll be fine!

Gas Fuel Surcharge

The rental vehicle must be returned with a half of tank of fuel when rented. A one hundred fifty-dollar fuel surcharge will be incurred if not properly filled back to half a tank and loss of deposit. No exceptions

Return By 1pm

If an extension of a rental is requested, you must initialize contact at least 4 hours before your rental is due to be returned. All vehicles are due for return by 1pm the following day regardless of the rental time or date.

Only Listed Persons

Only persons listed may drive. If the vehicle is driven by an unauthorized person(s) your deposit will be forfeited and additional charges will be charged for each additional driver and legal charges will be taken against both parties (felony).

Tamper Or Vandalism

You agree not to tamper with any speed detection/ locator devices installed in the vehicle. Any tampering will result in a $1000 charge and a vandalism charge shall be brought against you.

At Anytime, No Refunds!

Any loss of vehicle key is $500 no exceptions ! If you choose to not receive a replacement vehicle in the event of a vehicle malfunction, you forfeit all funds paid. Absolutely no refunds for any reason.

Driving Limits

This rental agreement limits driving to the metro Atlanta area and nowhere outside of 50-miles in any direction from downtown Atlanta. If driven outside of these limits, your entire deposit will be forfeited.
